Devasy Palatty SDB (Secretary) accompanied us to Duliajan. The Parish Priest Fr. John and the Principal of the School Fr. It was God’s grace that we were able to attend the long awaited charismatic retreat was on August 14-15 by the team of Margarita Retreat Centre, Dibrugarh run by Vincentian Congregation. (Potta Team). We consider that it was a blessing from the Lord to be filled with the spirit of God before we began the mission over there.
Sr. Kochuthresia Myalil and Sr. A. Mary Jayanthi were welcomed in St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary school by the Principal, Staff and students on August 16, 2016. Sr. Kochuthresia is the Vice Principal of the school and Sr. Jayanthi is incharge of middle sections and teaching in the school. Bishop Joseph Aind along with the parish priest and the Principal arranged all the facilities for the sisters stay over there. I thank each one of you for your prayers, encouragement and support for this mission. Continue to keep them in your prayers that the charism of our Blessed Marie Poussepin will be known to the people around there and the mission will grow according to the will of God. The address of Duliajan is given below for the communication.

Duliajan Town Parish is a well established parish with a beautiful church in the same compound. Sisters are at the service of the parish for pastoral needs. Sisters also run a hostel for the higher secondary students who come from faraway places as there are no good schools in their villages.
Sr. Shanti Toppo joined the community in May 2016 and become part of the mission of St. Xavier’s School and the hostel run by the sisters.
