Like the potter who moulds the clay in his hands, into the desired shape, the Master Potter continues to mould the young women who have come forward courageously to follow Jesus in the footsteps of Blessed Marie Poussepin.Provincial house is also the home of the Formation Community.
Life in the congregation begins with the Novitiate. The Formation Community facilitates the formation of Novices to become increasingly aware of God’s active presence and to become more attentive to His prompting in their inner being.
Times of silence, study, prayer and daily routines of the community are opportunities to interiorize the life experiences and thus to enhance their growth.
The involvement of the members of the Formation Community in different ministries is a good witness and example for the novices and helps to cultivate in them the real missionary zeal.
Living together in their initial stage of religious life, they learn to accept the different cultures and languages of each other. The Novices are given opportunities to experience the struggles of the poor by visiting the slums.
Being part of the Provincial House gives them the opportunity to come together, pray together, share together, and work together.
Potter continues to mould and re-mould the young women for the challenges they should face as committed religious in 21st century.
